My husband and I both ordered Chicken fried CHICKEN. We were served Chicken fried STEAK. I sent mine back but my husband dealt with it.
My drink was empty 5 minutes before I was offered a refill the first time while waiting for my food.
After receiving my corrected meal my drink was empty for 10 minutes before I was offered another refill.
